QUESTION: How long does shipping usually take?

ANSWER: Your item may take 10-30 days to arrive to you. On average, all of our orders arrive to our customers within 10-15 days.

 

 

QUESTION: Are the products marked as FREE / $0 really free?

ANSWER: Yes, the products themselves are free. You just need to pay the shipping fee.

 

QUESTION: Are my payments secure?

ANSWER: Yes, they are 100% secure. We use Shopify payments for credit card transactions and the system meets all 6 categories of PCI standards compliance. We also accept Paypal Express Checkout which is just as secure.

 

QUESTION: Will I receive a tracking number?

ANSWER: If a tracking number is available, we will email it to you. Not all orders are trackable but most of them are.

 

QUESTION: Will I receive an order confirmation email after I finish placing my order?

ANSWER: Yes, we will send you a confirmation email with your order details to the email you indicated. If ever you don't receive your email, please check your spam folder and if it isn't there, contact us directly and we will look into it for you.

 

QUESTION: What currency will I be charged in?

ANSWER: All prices are in US dollars.

 

QUESTION: I ordered 2+ items but only received 1 item. Where is the rest of my order?

ANSWER: Since most of our jewelry pieces are shipped directly from our select artists and designers from around the world, you may receive your items separately. Don't worry if you don't receive all of your items in one shipment. They are on their way.
